REFUGE

We provide a safe home primarily to women and minor children from South Asian backgrounds although referrals for women from all non-European backgrounds will be considered. Specialised and culturally sensitive supported housing is provided.

COMMUNITY SUPPORT

Our Community Support provides free, confidential advice to South Asian women and children who have experienced domestic abuse.

EMERGENCY COURT ORDERS

We can help you to obtain specialist family legal advice.

Emergency injunction and protective orders can be applied for to protect you and your children.

During the current pandemic, the family courts are working very hard to avoid physical hearings and are arranging telephone or video hearings where possible.

IMMIGRATION ADVICE

We are aware that a number of women will have immigration concerns and might not have the right (and their children) to remain in this country independent of their abusive partner.

We provide a free confidential immigration advice service to our users by our experienced and dedicated immigration advisor who is fluent in South Asian languages.

Our immigration advisor has a 100% success rate. She has provided invaluable assistance to many women and their children which will be of permanent benefit to them.

BESPOKE TRAINING

We provide bespoke training packages to organisations seeking information and training in relation to domestic abuse in their relevant sector.
